Working together with your usual bank adviser, Letpension offers personal, simple and transparent advice on pension and life insurance. Somewhat revolutionary in a market that is traditionally characterised by ambiguity, confusion and hidden agendas.

WHAT

Build an online communication solution based on the company's core business system, MS Sharepoint, which should reach out to customers and interested parties and more than 12,000 bank advisers from over 100 banks with 1,000 branches nationwide.

HOW

The solution consists of two sites both built on MS Sharepoint. One of them, Letpension.dk, is a corporate site, designed for customers and other parties interested in Letpension. The other one is an extranet, designed for bank advisers in local banks, giving them access to everything from courses, news and consultancy tools.

WOW

Both sites have fully achieved their objective of providing easy access to relevant and clarifying information. Letguide.dk in particular has been a very effective tool in the difficult task of promoting pensions and insurance to a professional target group, as bank advisors have been using the site on a large scale, and it has received an overwhelmingly positive response.
