WHO

PFA Pension is one of Denmark's largest pension companies. Up to 500,000 people have a pension plan with PFA through their employer, and approximately an additional 500,000 customers also have a group insurance with the pension company. PFA Pensions main objectives are to develop good and innovative products and services for their customers as well as providing comprehensible and user-friendly information and advice about pensions.

WHAT

Create an interactive platform for issuing pension advice that will actively involve the pension customer in consultancy situations. A platform that will optimise the customer's understanding of his or her own pension conditions and opportuntities via an easily accessible and manageable amount of information. Create a digital solution that does away with the traditionally passive role that a pension customer would normally assume when receiving pension advice.

HOW

With an iPad app, In2media has created a new digital advice tool, making PFA the first pension company in Denmark that can offer it to its customers. By equipping all the pension consultants with an iPad with the application specially designed by In2media, PFA is now able to activate the pension customers in a new and user-friendly way when giving advice. The iPad app supports PFA Pensions desire to break with the traditional passive customer role, and instead to create active and involved pension customers with increased insight into their own pension conditions.

WOW

Already after a short time, PFA experienced a number of overwhelming results that have contributed to a substantial increase in customers' deposits, resulting in a very positive return on investment. There is no doubt that the iPads invasion of the pension's universe will revolutionise both the understanding of pensions and the way pension advice is issued. It is easy to use, can be taken anywhere and has excellent graphic qualities for illustrating the pension conditions in an easily accessible and manageable way.
