Recognising that the successful brands are those that manage to provide the customers with value beyond the physical product, YouSee came to In2media to plan their strategy and find the answer to the question: how can we create added value for our customers, and the way to differentiate YouSee from the competition?

A STRUCTURED PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH

There is thorough preparation behind every In2media solution and the YouSee project was no exception. Initially we identified the market for internet tv og laid a digital strategy for the area together withYouSee.

Subsequently, we advised YouSee on the technical platform and the specific solution in relation to functionality, structure and content, and finally we were involved in producing and designing the platform in every detail. Right from the advanced development of live tv and film to the smallest, but equally important, button design.

TOGETHER WE HAVE CREATED A NEW DIGITAL PRODUCT

The solution was the revolutionary internet tv platform, Yousee.tv. This is where broadband customers can watch their tv channels live on the computer and not just on the tv - completely free. They can also access previous shows, if there is a program that they missed or want to see again, and they can plan and schedule their tv week aheadnwith the comprehensive online tv guide. However, users that are not YouSee customers are in no way excluded from the platform. They can buy access to live tv with an internet tv subscription, and in this way, YouSee has got a new channel of revenue.
